Hatha Yoga is one of the classic practices. We learn to be in the moment, focusing on the movement of muscles and stabilization, switching between external objects, focusing on breathing, and other basic physiological processes in your body.
Vinyasa Flow is a combination of strength and flexibility, smooth movements and intensity, tension, and relaxation. In fact, Vinyasa Flow is an active power and breathing practice. The practice is aimed at the strengthening of all muscle groups, work with breathing processes, stretching muscles, increasing your energy and endurance.
My classes are suitable for all level yogis. One and the same asana can be more complex or easier depending on your abilities.
