Yoga classes are a great way to relax, improve your flexibility increasing your life quality. I'm creating classes for 0-3 levels, from beginner to advanced and restorative practice is also. These experienced instructors will help you get the most out of your practice.

    My classes combine Hatha & Vinyasa yoga, functional movement & mobility, yoga therapy, strengthening & conditioning, meditation & pranayama for a holistic inner journey.

    Yoga does not have to look good or perfect. it is the process of letting go of any structure or rules through art that teaches our mind and body to unlearn old patterns and relearn new ways of approaching our wellness.

RE:STORATIVE
Classes for deep mental and physical relaxation. Yoga therapy, mindfulness, concentration, special shavasana, voiced and throat relaxation with gentle yoga sequences of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Total of 6 classes.

RUNA (Olga Dergach)

Certified Hatha and Vinyasa [RYT200] Yoga teacher, meditation and energy practice leader, guide – mentor. I teach Hatha and vinyasa yoga since 2017. My own Hatha yoga practice started in 2015.

Hatha Yoga is one of the classic practices. We learn to be in the moment, focusing on the movement of muscles and stabilization, switching between external objects, focusing on breathing, and other basic physiological processes in your body.
